Hello My name is Mr. Predrag Simic and my account # is 21491001999156. One book was somehow misplaced and after awhile we have paid for book and late fees. Meanwhile library is sending me threatening letters with collection agency as their tool to collect money. THERE ARE NO WORDS TO DESCRIBE HOW DISAPPOINTED I AM WITH YOUR ACTION. FOR LESS THAN $20.00 AND 03 MONTHS OF BEING LATE YOU ARE WILLING TO DESTROY PEOPLE'S CREDIT HISTORY WITHOUT MAKING ANY REASONABLE EFFORT TO CONTACT ME AND ASK FOR MONEY. LET'S NOT FORGET I PAY TAXES WHICH PROVIDE MONEY FOR YOUR EXISTENCE AND WITHOUT PEOPLE LIKE ME YOU WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO GO ON. ALSO THIS WAS FIRST TIME IN ABOUT 17 YEARS SINCE I HAVE BEEN MEMBER OF NILES PUBLIC LIBRARY THAT I HAD A PROBLEM. THANK YOU FOR SUCH A WONDERFUL TREATMENT.
