You can renew your library materials 3 different ways:

Online: Go to and click on Renew an Item. Then, click on Renew My Materials. Enter your library card number and password (the default password is patron). Click List Charged Items. Select the items you want to renew. If there is a waiting list for the item you want to renew, you will see a message that the item cannot be renewed.

Over the phone: Dial 847-590-8706. Have your library card and the items you want to renew available. You will be prompted to enter your library card number and then the barcode numbers of the items you want to renew.

In person: Go to the Circulation Desk.
