Q

How do I reserve a book on internet?

I tried to reserve GOLDFINCH Tar?
I was able to get it once but was not able to finish it before due date. I went to the Library in the first place to sign up for it but I would
like to reserve books in the future.
Could you print out the directions on how to reserve books via interenet and send them to me. it would be
easier. I am not the sharpest knife in the drawer...Sorry

Hello Marilyn,

To place a hold you will first need to log in to your Library account

1 - Click on the words "Log In" found in the upper right corner of the catalog page.

2 - On the Log In page insert your card number and the password, patron.

3 - Click Log In

4- Search for the book you would like.

5 - Click the words "Place a Hold" on the right side of the version of the book you want.

6- Click "Confirm"

7 - At the top of the catalog screen you will see a confirmation of your action.

That's it! Now you just wait to be notified.
