To: Neil O'Shea, Adult Ref. Lib. Guru: If Hillary Clinton becomes pres., and Bill is her vice president, and she becomes incapacitated, what happens?

Bill become pres. because he is only barred from being _elected_ not succeeding 3X? Is that right?

Yes, the 22nd amendement states "that No person shall be elected to the office of President more than twice."

It would seem that by the letter of the law Bill could serve since he would be elected.

As a non-expert, I suspect it would wind up in court.
